The Send-To Queue lets you stage designs to presets as you work through a shoot, then send everything in one action. This tutorial covers staging, the Send all button, what happens to each row after a send, and the collapsible pane in Studio.
Where the queue lives
The queue is part of the Send To panel:
- Design editor — the Send To tab in the right-hand panel, next to Properties.
- Studio — the collapsible Send To pane on the right edge of the screen.
It's the same queue in both places: your staged sends follow you between Studio and the editor. The queue is personal (per user) and saved on the server, so it persists across page reloads — stage a shoot over an hour, reload, switch designs; nothing is lost until you send or clear it.
Stage designs
- Open a design (or select designs in Studio).
- In the Send To panel, the Destinations section lists your presets, each with a number key badge.
- Click a preset — or press its digit key 1–9 — to add the current design to the queue under that preset.
Each staged row appears in the Queue section showing the preset name, the design name, and where it's headed. Staging the same design to the same preset again bumps that row's quantity instead of adding a duplicate row — you can also adjust copies with the row's +/− stepper. The Queue header counts total quantity across all rows, not just rows.
If the panel shows "Nothing queued.", the hint below it reminds you: "Click a destination or press 1–9 to stage."
Send all at once
When the shoot (or the batch) is staged, fire everything:
- Click Send all at the bottom of the panel — the button shows the total count, e.g. Send all (12).
- Or just press Enter — the ⏎ hint on the button is a real shortcut.
Each design renders and is delivered to every destination in its preset. Rows show a spinner while sending.
What happens to each row
- Success — rows that deliver to every destination clear from the queue automatically. An empty queue after a send means everything landed.
- Failed — the row stays, marked retry. Click the row to retry just that item.
- Needs attention — the row stays, marked needs attention. Something needs your input before this item can send — for example a missing value in the destination's file path. Click the row and a prompt walks you through fixing it, then the item retries.
To remove a single row without sending it, hover the row and click the ✕. To empty the whole queue, click Clear all in the Queue header.
The collapsible pane in Studio
In Studio you can collapse the Send To pane to a thin strip to reclaim canvas space — click the collapse arrow in the pane header. The collapsed strip still shows a count badge with your staged total, so you always know work is waiting. Click anywhere on the strip to reopen the pane. The open/collapsed state is remembered across reloads.
