A Send-To Preset is a named, one-click send — for example Print 8x10 — that delivers a finished render to one or more destinations at once. This tutorial walks you through creating a preset, attaching destinations, and managing your preset list.
Who can do this: organization owners and admins manage presets. Other members can use presets when sending, but will see "No presets configured. Ask an org owner to set them up." until one exists.
Before you start: connect an integration
A preset routes renders through your connected integrations, so at least one — Dropbox, Webhook, or a partner account — must be connected first. If none are, the preset page prompts you with Connect an integration first and a Go to Integrations button. Connect Dropbox or a Webhook under Settings → Integrations, then come back.
Create a preset
- Go to Settings → Send-To Presets.
- In the New preset name field, type a name that describes the job — e.g.
Print 8x10— and click New (or press Enter). - The preset editor opens. The name is already saved; you can rename it here and click Save name at any time.
Attach destinations
- In the preset editor, click Add destination.
- Choose a destination type from the dropdown. You'll see each integration your organization has connected: Dropbox, Webhook, and — for studios with a connected partner account — GFcrew and GFITpro Auto Print.
- Fill in that destination's settings (for example, the Dropbox folder path) and add it.
- Repeat for each additional destination. The header shows how many are configured; when every connected integration is attached, the editor notes "All connected integrations are attached."
- Click Done.
Each destination type can be attached once per preset. For the details of each type's settings — folder paths, path variables, webhook URLs — see the destination configuration article linked below.
Fire once, deliver everywhere
When you send a design with this preset — from the Send To tab, the Send-To queue, or an automation — Templified renders the design once and delivers that render to every destination attached to the preset. A preset with a Dropbox folder and a webhook attached puts the file in Dropbox and notifies your webhook from a single click.
Reorder presets by drag
Presets appear in the Send To panel in the order they're listed in Settings — and the first nine get the 1–9 keyboard shortcuts. To reorder, grab the handle at the left edge of a preset row and drag it up or down the list. Put your most-used presets at the top.
Enable or disable a preset
Each preset row has an Enabled switch. Turning it off hides the preset from the Send To panel everywhere without deleting its configuration — handy for seasonal jobs you'll bring back later. Disabled presets show a Disabled badge in the Settings list.
Rows also offer Edit, Duplicate (a quick way to make a variant of an existing preset), and Delete.
