This tutorial walks you through signing up for Templified, verifying your email, and creating your organization. At the end you'll have a working account with Studio and Background Removal ready to use.
Step 1 — Sign up
- Go to studio.templified.io.
- Choose how to sign up:
- Google — click Sign in with Google. No password needed; you can skip Step 2.
- Email and password — click Create account, then enter your email and a password. Passwords need at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number.
- Click Create account to submit.
Step 2 — Verify your email
If you signed up with email and password, Templified sends you a branded verification email with a code.
- Open the email and copy the verification code.
- On the Verify your email screen, paste the code and confirm.
- Didn't get it? Use the resend option on the same screen and check your spam folder.
Step 3 — Create your organization
On first sign-in, Templified asks for your name, then takes you to the Create your organization screen.
- Enter an organization name — usually your studio or business name (e.g. "Acme Design Studio").
- Click Create organization.
An organization is your team's shared workspace: templates, designs, fonts, integrations, team members, and billing all belong to the organization rather than to you personally. You can invite teammates later from Settings → Members.
If teammates at your email domain already use Templified, you may instead be offered to join their existing organization — accept, or choose to create your own.
What's enabled out of the box
New organizations start with everything you need for day-one production:
- Studio — create and manage customer designs immediately.
- Background Removal — cut subjects out of photos and enhance them, no setup required.
Your free trial
Every new organization gets a free trial of 25 renders and 25 Background Removal photo processes — no card required. That's enough to build a template, produce real finished images, and try photo processing end to end. The Billing page shows how much of the trial you've used. When the trial runs out, you add a card to keep going; see the billing article below.
