This article walks the main areas of the Templified interface so you always know where you are and where to find things. Skim it once now; come back when you can't find something.
The top navigation
Every page shares the same top bar. From left to right:
- Templates — your master layouts, in folders. Design and edit templates here.
- Studio — your customer designs. Day-to-day production lives here.
- Flows (Beta) — the visual automation builder. Only shown if it's enabled for your organization.
- API — a dropdown with API Keys and API Docs, for developers.
- History — every render your organization has produced.
- Settings — profile, organization, members, integrations, sending, and billing.
- Help — this knowledge base.
When you sign in, Templified lands you on the tab you most likely need: Studio once your organization has templates and Studio access, otherwise Templates.
Templates tab
A folder tree of your master layouts. Each card opens that template in the editor. Right-click (or use the card's menu) to rename, move, or duplicate a template.
Studio tab
A folder tree on the left and a grid of design cards on the right — typically one folder per event or team. You can multi-select cards like a file explorer, flag them with colors, filter and search, and send finished designs from the collapsible Send To pane on the right edge.
Two editors, one badge
Templates and designs open in the same canvas editor, which makes it easy to forget which one you're editing. The badge at the top of the editor tells you:
- Template (neutral badge) — you're editing the master. Changes affect future designs made from it.
- Studio (bright lime badge) — you're editing one customer's design. Changes affect only that design.
History
The History page lists every render with stat cards up top and filters to narrow by date, template, or status. A Billing link in the header jumps straight to your balance and usage.
Settings
Settings is split into a side pane of sub-pages:
- Profile — your name and sign-in details.
- General — organization name and details.
- Members — invite teammates and manage roles.
- Integrations — connect Dropbox, webhooks, and partner services.
- Send-To Presets — reusable delivery presets and preset groups.
- Print Locations — route prints to physical stations, if enabled.
- API Keys and Billing — visible to organization owners.
The account area
The top-right corner of the bar shows who and where you are:
- Organization switcher — if you belong to more than one organization, a dropdown lets you switch between them. With one organization, its name is simply shown.
- Your name and avatar, with a Sign out button.
- App version — a small "v…" number, handy when reporting an issue to support.
