This article maps every section in the Settings side pane so you know exactly where to go to update a profile field, manage teammates, wire up an integration, or grab an API key.
Opening Settings
Click your account name or avatar in the top navigation bar, then choose Settings. The Settings area opens with a side pane on the left and the selected section's content on the right. On small screens the pane collapses into a menu button at the top of the page.
Side pane structure at a glance
The pane is divided into two groups: Account (personal settings) and Organization (shared settings for your whole team). Some sections are visible only to the organization owner.
| Group | Section | Who can see it | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account | Profile | All members | Your display name and account details |
| Organization | General | All members | Organization name, slug, and domain auto-join toggle |
| Organization | Members | All members | Invite teammates, manage roles, approve join requests |
| Organization | Integrations | All members | Connect Dropbox, webhooks, GFcrew, and other destinations |
| Organization | Send-To Presets | All members | Create and edit presets that route finished designs to destinations |
| Organization | Print Locations | All members | Configure on-site print station destinations |
| Organization | API Keys | Owner only | Create and revoke API keys for developer integrations |
| Organization | Billing | Owner only | View balance, add funds, set up auto-refill, see usage history |
Profile
Update your Display name — this is how your name appears to other members of your organization. Your sign-in email address is managed through your account provider and cannot be changed here.
General (Organization)
Shows your organization's name and its short identifier (slug). If your organization is associated with an email domain, an owner can enable Auto-join for @yourdomain so that anyone signing up with a matching email address can join without needing an invitation.
Members
Manage your team from one place. Owners and admins can:
- Invite a teammate by email — they receive a branded invitation email with an accept link.
- Generate a shareable invite link to send directly.
- Change a member's role between Owner, Admin, and Designer.
- Remove a member from the organization.
- Approve or decline pending join requests (when auto-join is off).
Admins can manage integrations and send-to presets but cannot access Billing or API Keys. Designers have full access to Studio and the editor but cannot change organization settings.
Integrations
Connect the external services your team sends designs to. Each connected service appears here with its status and a disconnect option. Integrations set up here are shared across the organization — any member can use them when sending a design. For step-by-step setup instructions, see the individual integration articles linked below.
Send-To Presets
Presets are named bundles of one or more destinations (Dropbox folders, webhooks, or partner services) that appear in the Send To pane when you're ready to export a design. Create and edit them here so your team can send to the right place with a single click. Changes to presets take effect immediately for all members.
Print Locations
Configure on-site print stations as named destinations. Once a print location is set up here, it appears as a routing option in the Send To pane. Print Locations is currently available to organizations where this feature has been enabled.
API Keys (owner only)
The API Keys section is visible only to the organization owner. From here you can:
- Click Create API Key to generate a new key. Give it a descriptive name so you can identify it later.
- Copy the key immediately after creation — it is shown only once.
- Revoke any key that is no longer needed or may have been compromised.
API keys authenticate requests to the Templified developer API. Each key is scoped to your organization. For full API documentation, see the Developer & API section of this help center.
Billing (owner only)
The Billing section is visible only to the organization owner. It shows your current prepaid balance, per-render pricing, account status, and recent activity. From here you can add funds, save a card, and configure auto-refill. See the Billing articles below for a complete walkthrough.
